A: Generally, it will take 5 to 10 days after receiving your advance payment, also it is up to the delivery way customer choose. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q7. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the shipment cost.

Q8: If the prodcuts are found to be unusable after delivery, how to deal with them?

A: If it is due to product quality problems, you can send back the unusable products to us within warranty period and the freight cost will be paid by our side, then we will send new products to you.
